Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Neuros Technology processes the personal data collected through our website. We act in line with our obligations under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data we collect

Through the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name and whatever you share about your project. When you submit the form as a job application we also process the role you applied for, your portfolio or LinkedIn link if you share one, and any CV you send us by email; this data is used for recruitment only. We also collect anonymous analytics data about site usage (page views, session duration, referrer).

2. Purpose of processing

We process your data solely to respond to your request, prepare proposals, run contract processes and measure our service quality. We do not send marketing messages without your explicit consent.

3. Retention

Contact requests are retained for a maximum of 24 months from the last interaction. Where a relationship becomes contractual, retention follows the period required by applicable law. Data is irreversibly deleted at the end of that period.

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with our service providers (hosting, email delivery, analytics) and only to the extent the service requires. A data processing agreement is in place with every supplier.

5. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies and anonymous analytics cookies. We do not use third-party advertising or profiling cookies. You can restrict cookies at any time through your browser settings.

6. Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 and the GDPR you have the right to access your data, request correction or deletion, object to processing and request data portability. Send requests to kvkk@neuros.com.tr and we will respond within 30 days at the latest.

7. Security

Your data is encrypted with TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest. Access rights follow the principle of least privilege and are audited regularly. Our information security management system is covered by ISO 27001.
