Nemi brings the whole retail operation onto one screen — live sales, store audits, customer reviews, stock risk. It does not just report numbers; it says what to do, who should do it and when. And it learns in a closed loop on your own data.
In short
What is Nemi and what does it do for a retail chain?
Nemi is the retail operations intelligence layer Neuros built for chains, and it answers one question: what should I do today? It reads sales, store audits, customer reviews and stock signals across each other, writes the day's assessment automatically and presents each action with its owner. It runs closed-loop: data never leaves the organisation and the model is tuned on the organisation's own rules.
In retail, decisions go stale faster than the data. You watch dozens of dashboards and still cannot answer “what should I do today?” — while store, region, head office and the executive team each see a different fragment of the same truth. Nemi merges those fragments into one operational brain: performance, audit, voice-of-customer and stock signals are read across each other, and the day's assessment is written automatically. What sets it apart is that it runs closed-loop — data never leaves the organisation, and the model is not a general chatbot but a decision layer trained on your rules.

What is inside the product
Overview — the day's assessment
Revenue, units, footfall, basket value and experience score together, with an eight-week revenue curve and, above it, the AI's written operational assessment. What is happening and why, on one screen.
Cross-signal reading
Falling revenue on its own is just a number. Nemi reads it together with footfall, stock, audit score and customer reviews, and points at the cause.
Store audit
Audit forms go digital, are evidenced with photos and tracked over time. Recurring findings surface automatically.
Voice of customer
Reviews are clustered by theme and complaint type; which topic recurs in which store becomes a number.
Stock risk
Stockout and overstock risk are flagged early, with actions assigned at store and region level.
AI rule centre
What the AI flags, and when, is defined from the interface. The organisation writes its own thresholds, its own language and its own priorities, and the model works to them.
Role-based views
Store manager, regional manager, head office and executives see the same truth at the granularity their decisions need.
Features
AI that takes the store's pulse and runs the operation.
Closed loop
Data never leaves the organisation. The model runs on your data and your rules — it is not a general assistant.
Actions, not reports
Every assessment is bound to an owner and a time; the person who does the work is triggered, not the person who reads the dashboard.
Speaks your operation's language
It speaks in the terms the field actually uses, rather than dashboards that read like a translation.
Role-based permissions
Four levels of authorisation — store, region, head office, executive. Everyone sees only their own scope.
Connects to what you run
Connects to POS, ERP, stock and customer feedback sources — read in place, without a migration.
Built for a chain
The same breakdown logic works for one store or several hundred.
| Area | Nemi | Classic BI dashboard |
|---|---|---|
| Output | The day's assessment and an action list | Charts and tables |
| Signal reading | Sales, audits, reviews and stock read across each other | Each source on its own dashboard |
| Ownership | Every action is assigned to a role | No assignment |
| Where data sits | Closed-loop, inside the organisation | Varies |
| Rules | The organisation defines its own thresholds | Fixed report definitions |
| Out of scope | Does not replace POS or ERP records | — |
Yes. Nemi does not replace source systems; it adds a read layer over them, taking sales, stock, audit and customer feedback from what you already run. The connection opens read-only first and nothing is written back until the data is verified, so an integration fault cannot corrupt the operational record.
No. Nemi is designed to run closed-loop: data stays in your own environment and is not sent out to feed a general model. The model is configured with your own rules — you define which deviation counts as an alert and which as information. That rule set is visible and editable from the dashboard.
A dashboard shows what happened; Nemi writes what should be done. The difference appears in three places: it reads signals across each other, it produces the day's assessment as sentences, and it attaches every action to a role. When a BI dashboard produces the right number but nobody looks at it, the problem is not in the data layer but in the decision layer.
