Yes — Neuros modernises legacy systems with the strangler-fig approach. The new service is placed in front of the old one, traffic moves first at a few percent and then in stages, and a path back stays open at every step. Data migration uses dual writes with reconciliation checks; the outage window is typically zero. A big-bang cutover is only attempted when the old system cannot be kept running.
Neuros works in two-week delivery cycles; each cycle ends with a working build demoed and the scope re-prioritised. A typical product team is one product owner, one designer and two to four engineers, scaled to the workload. Anything blocking a decision is raised immediately rather than held to the end of the cycle.
Performance is written as a budget and enforced by the pipeline: Core Web Vitals thresholds (LCP 2.5 s, INP 200 ms, CLS 0.1) are measured on every release, and a build over budget does not ship. Neuros does not stop at lab tests — real user monitoring is collected, because what a mobile network shows differs from a desktop test.
