In short
How do you move shipment tracking off paper and into a system?
Neuros merged shipment, fleet, warehouse and document modules into one data model. The driver side moved to mobile with Flutter; location streaming and notifications run on Firebase, routing and distance on Google Maps. The document flow closes in the field with a photo and a digital signature. The result: operations sees a vehicle's position without calling it, and proof of delivery reaches the system at the moment of delivery rather than days later.
01Challenge
Shipment tracking ran on phone calls and messages while paperwork stayed on paper. A vehicle's location was known only by calling the driver, and delivery documents reached head office days later.
02Approach
We unified shipment, fleet, warehouse and document modules on one data model and moved the driver side into a Flutter app, using Firebase for location streaming and notifications and Google Maps for routing. The document flow closes in the field with photos and a digital signature.
03Outcome
Operations sees the vehicle without calling it and the delivery document lands at the moment of delivery. Shipment status, vehicle location and warehouse movement sit on one screen.

They will, but only if it makes their job easier. In this project the driver screen was reduced to three tasks: next stop, proof of delivery and problem reporting. No extra data entry was asked for; location streams in the background and documents close with a photo. The app being adopted comes down to one thing — it removes the work that used to be done by phone.
Yes. Delivery records, signatures and photos are stored locally on the device and sent in order when connectivity returns. Records are processed on the server so that a repeat submission is never posted twice. The driver never meets a screen waiting for a connection — which is the most common reason field digitisation is abandoned.
