Automated checkers find only part of the problems, so Neuros works in two layers. The first is an automated WCAG 2.2 audit and colour-contrast check on every release. The second is walking the page end to end with a keyboard and listening to it with a screen reader. A screen that fails the second layer does not ship, even if the automated audit came back clean.
In public sector projects the Neuros default is a fully on-premises system: the language model is hosted on the institution's own hardware, no external service is called and records never leave the institutional network. That choice is not only regulatory but a resilience decision — a public service that depends on an external provider closes to citizens when that provider goes down.
No. The system classifies the application, verifies documents and flags gaps; the officer decides. Neuros enforces that split at interface level too: the model's output is shown as a suggestion, and its rationale and source document can always be opened. A rejection or deficiency notice sent to a citizen uses fixed wording defined by the institution, not by the model.
